نقدم لكم خطوات استخراج بدل فاقد لبطاقة التموين 2026 من “البيت” حيث تتيح وزارة التموين، خدمة إصدار بدل فاقد للبطاقات التموينية للمواطنين الذين يتعرضون لفقدان أو تلف بطاقاتهم، ونستعرض لكم طريقة إصدار بدل فاقد لبطاقات التموين، وذلك على النحو التالي:
ماذا تفعل إذا فقدت بطاقة التموين؟
في حالة فقدان بطاقة التموين تتبع الخطوات التالية:-
يقوم المواطن بالاتصال الفوري بمركز خدمة العملاء على رقم 19765 أو الإبلاغ بمركز الخدمة حتى يتم الوقف الفوري لها في حالة فقدانها أو سرقتها.
يقوم مركز خدمة العملاء بتسجيل شكوى المواطن والعمل الفوري على إيقاف البطاقة.
تقوم الشركة المنفذة بوقف عمل البطاقة ويتم إبلاغ المواطن بأنه تم إيقاف البطاقة 3 أيام عمل رسمية.
يقوم المواطن بإلغاء التعامل مع البطاقة القديمة نهائيًا وتحرير طلب رسمي في مكتب التموين التابع له لعمل بطاقة جديدة، وفي حالة عدم تقديم صورة الطلب خلال 3 أيام يتم تشغل البطاقة تلقائيًا.
تقوم الشركة المنفذة بتسليم تقرير مفصل موضح به البيانات الخاصة للبطاقة الحديثة وتسليمها إلى مكتب التموين.
يقوم مكتب التموين بمراجعة البيانات التي تم تعديلها (محتوى نموذج الخدمة) مع البيانات المدرجة بقاعدة البيانات والتأكد من إجراء التعديلات.
يقوم مكتب التموين بتوقيع المواطن على تقرير مفصل يحتوي على اسم صاحب البطاقة/ الرقم القومي لصاحب البطاقة/ عدد المستفيدين/ تاريخ الاستلام/ اسم البدال ومن ثم تسليم البطاقة الجديدة للمواطن.
يقوم مركز الخدمة بتسليم المواطن للرقم السري الخاص بالبطاقة الجديدة.
يقوم المواطن بصرف المقررات التموينية من البدال الشهر التالي لإصدار البطاقة.

يمكن استخراج بدل لبطاقة التموين من خلال الخطوات التالية:-

الدخول إلى بوابة مصر الرقمية من خلال الضغط هنا
https://digital.gov.eg/
اختر أيقونة “التموين”.
تسجل الدخول أو أنشاء حساب جديد.
الاضغط على خانة “ابدأ الخدمة”.
ستظهر أمامك كافة بيانات بطاقة التموين.
اضغط على أوافق على الشروط والأحكام.
اضغط على كلمة “التالي”.
اختر شحن بطاقة التموين عبر البريد، واكتب العنوان بشكل مفصل.
قم بسداد الرسوم عبر أحد وسائل السداد الإلكتروني.

المستندات المطلوبة لاستخراج بدل لبطاقة التموين
أما عن المستندات المطلوبة لاستخراج بدل لبطاقة التموين فهي كالآتي:-
صور بطاقة الرقم القومي لرب الأسرة والزوجة.
صور بطاقات أو صور شهادات ميلاد الرقم القومي للمستفيدين.
مستند يدل على استحقاق صاحب الطلب للبطاقة التموينية.
