مرتبات شهر يوليو 2025.. زيادة الأجور وتفاصيل الصرف.. بعد إعلان وزارة المالية عن الزيادة الجديدة في مرتبات الموظفين والعاملين في الدولة، شهدت معدلات البحث ارتفاعًا كبيرًا من المواطنين للتعرف على تفاصيل صرف المرتبات في يوليو 2025 وفي هذا السياق، أوضح وزير المالية في تصريحاته أن موعد صرف المرتبات سيشهد تعديلات هامة في ظل الزيادة الأخيرة.
موعد صرف مرتبات شهر يوليو 2025
من المقرر أن تبدأ عملية صرف مرتبات شهر يوليو 2025 في يوم 22 من الشهر ذاته، وفقًا لتأكيدات وزير المالية وسيتم صرف المرتبات عبر ماكينات الصراف الآلي في جميع أنحاء الجمهورية، حيث يتم تحديد مواعيد الصرف وفقًا للمنظومة المالية الإلكترونية المتبعة.
زيادة مرتبات الموظفين: أهم التعديلات
سيتم تطبيق زيادة في أجور العاملين بداية من شهر يوليو الجاري، حيث أعلن وزير المالية أن أقل درجة وظيفية ستشهد زيادة تقدر بحوالي 1100 جنيه في إجمالي الأجر الشهري كما يتم رفع الحد الأدنى للأجور ليصل إلى 7000 جنيه شهريًا.
العلاوات السنوية والحوافز الإضافية
سيتم منح العاملين علاوة دورية بنسبة 10% للمخاطبين بالخدمة المدنية و15% لغير المخاطبين كما سيتم إضافة حافز إضافي لجميع العاملين يتراوح بين 600 و700 جنيه وكان قد تم تخصيص 679.1 مليار جنيه للأجور في الموازنة الجديدة، بزيادة سنوية تصل إلى 18.1%.
رفع الحد الأدنى للأجور
سيبدأ تطبيق رفع الحد الأدنى للأجور ليصبح 7000 جنيه شهريًا اعتبارًا من يوليو 2025 كما سيتم زيادة المعاشات بنسبة 15% مع بداية الشهر نفسه تأتي هذه الزيادة ضمن خطة الحكومة لدعم القوى العاملة وتحسين مستوى الدخل للمواطنين.

تم تحديد قيم المرتبات بناءً على الدرجات الوظيفية بعد تطبيق الزيادة الجديدة، وفقًا للآتي:
- الدرجة السادسة: 7100 جنيه
- الدرجة الخامسة: 7100 جنيه
- الدرجة الرابعة: 7300 جنيه
- الدرجة الثالثة: 8000 جنيه
- الدرجة الثانية: 8500 جنيه
- الدرجة الأولى أو ما يعادلها: 9800 جنيه
- درجة المدير العام أو ما يعادلها: 10300 جنيه
- الدرجة العالية أو ما يعادلها: 11800 جنيه
- الدرجة الوظيفية الممتازة أو ما يعادلها: 13800 جنيه

يمكن للعاملين بالدولة صرف مرتبات شهر يوليو 2025 من خلال عدة أماكن تم تحديدها، ومنها:
- البنوك: حيث سيتم صرف المرتبات من فروع البنوك المنتشرة في جميع أنحاء الجمهورية.
- فروع البريد المصري: تتيح فروع البريد المصري إمكانية صرف المرتبات.
- ماكينات الصرف الآلي (ATM): حيث يمكن للمستفيدين صرف المرتبات عبر ماكينات الصرف الآلي في أي وقت.
