ومن هذا المنطلق، حددت وزارة المالية موعد صرف مرتبات شهر سبتمبر 2025 على أن تبدأ اعتبارًا من يوم الأربعاء 24 سبتمبر، ويستمر حتى الثلاثاء 30 من الشهر نفسه، كما أشارت الوزارة إلى أن صرف المتأخرات والمستحقات الإضافية سيجري خلال الفترة من الأحد 7 سبتمبر وحتى الثلاثاء 9 سبتمبر 2025، بما يتيح للموظفين مرونة أكبر في الحصول على رواتبهم دون تعطيل العمل اليومي.
زيادة المرتبات الأخيرة
جاء تطبيق الزيادات الأخيرة على المرتبات بعد إعلان الحكومة في يوليو الماضي عن رفع الحد الأدنى للأجور إلى 7000 جنيه شهريًا بدلًا من 6000 جنيه، وهو ما انعكس فعليًا في مرتبات أغسطس، وتراوحت الزيادات بين 1100 و1600 جنيه باختلاف الدرجات الوظيفية، إضافة إلى منح علاوات استثنائية ثابتة تتراوح قيمتها بين 600 و700 جنيه للتخفيف من ضغوط المعيشة.
أوضحت وزارة المالية، أن مرتبات شهر سبتمبر 2025 ستشمل جميع الزيادات التي تمت إضافتها خلال الأشهر الماضية، بما يضمن استقرار الدخل الشهري لملايين الموظفين في القطاع الحكومي، وتشمل الحزمة المالية الجديدة تطبيق الحد الأدنى البالغ 7000 جنيه للدرجات الدنيا، وزيادات متدرجة للدرجات الأعلى تصل إلى أكثر من 12 ألف جنيه للدرجة الممتازة، و تم اعتماد حد أدنى جديد للأجور في القطاع الخاص عند 7000 جنيه شهريًا، مع إلزام الشركات بزيادة سنوية لا تقل عن 3% من الأجر التأميني أو 250 جنيهًا شهريًا كحد أدنى وأما العاملون بنظام الجزئي فتم تحديد الحد الأدنى لأجر الساعة لهم عند 28 جنيهًا، وأكدت الحكومة، أن هذه القرارات تأتي ضمن استراتيجية شاملة لتحسين مستوى معيشة المواطنين ومواجهة ارتفاع الأسعار.
