نقدم لكم الشروط الجديدة للاستفادة من الإعفاء الجمركي لسيارات المعاقين 2025 حيث تم تشديد العقوبات على من يقوم بتزوير بطاقة إثبات الإعاقة أو شهادة التأهيل، أو يستخدمها وهو يعلم بتزويرها، أو يقدم بيانات غير صحيحة للحصول على المزايا.
الشروط الجديدة للاستفادة من الإعفاء الجمركي لسيارات المعاقين 2025
- أن يكون المستورد شخصًا ذا إعاقة (قاصر أو بالغ).
- أن تكون الوسيلة للاستخدام الشخصي.
- السماح بالقيادة بواسطة المستفيد أو سائقه الشخصي المؤمن عليه، أو أحد أقاربه من الدرجة الأولى، أو الوصي أو الولي للقصر.
- عدم استفادة من يحصل على مزايا الضمان الاجتماعي من هذا الإعفاء.
- سداد قيمة السيارة أو جزء منها من الحساب الشخصي للمستفيد أو أحد أقاربه.
- حظر بيع أو التصرف في السيارة لمدة 5 سنوات من تاريخ الإفراج الجمركي، إلا في حالات خاصة.
التصرف في حالة وفاة المستفيد
في حال وفاة المستفيد قبل انتهاء مدة الخمس سنوات، يُسمح للورثة بالتصرف في السيارة بعد سداد نصف الضريبة الجمركية وضريبة القيمة المضافة المستحقة.
