أعلن وزير القوى العاملة محمد سعفان، قيام مديرية القوى العاملة بمحافظة الأقصر بتعيين 562 شاباً من حملة المؤهلات العليا والمتوسطة وبدون مؤهل، منهم 7 من ذوى الهمم والقدرات بمنشآت القطاع الخاص والاستثمارى من خلال شهادات القيد المرتدة “كعب العمل” من المسجلين بمكاتب التشغيل التابعة للمديرية والذى بلغ عددهم 2113 شاباً، منهم 18 من ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة، كما تم استخراج 263 شهادة قياس مستوى المهارة، و261 رخصة مزاولة الحرفة منهم رخصتين لذوى القدرات.
وأوضح الوزير أن المديرية قامت بصرف منح للعمالة غير المنتظمة لرعايتهم اجتماعياً وصحياً منها منحة مواليد بـ 2000 جنيه، و3 منح زواج واحدة بمبلغ 9000 جنيه، فضلاً عن عمل رعاية صحية لـ 35 عاملا وعاملة ما بين كشوفات وتحاليل طبية وصرف أدوية بإجمالي 24 ألفاً و 45 جنيه، فضلاً عن تسجيل 70 عاملا جديداً على المنظومة واستخراج كارنيهات لهم.

تلقى الوزير تقريراً بذلك من مدير المديرية عبده هاشم عن إنجازات المديرية عن شهر أغسطس الماضي، مشيراً إلى أنه فى مجال التفتيش العمالي ورعاية القوى العاملة قامت المديرية بالتفتيش على 267 منشأة دورى وحملات، و16 منشأة على عمل الأطفال، وأسفر عن تحرير 15 محضراً، كما تم عقد ندوة عمالية بإحدى المنشآت لشرح بعض مواد قانون العمل.
أما في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية قامت المديرية بالتفتيش على 305 منشأة، وإعادة التفتيش على 411 منشأة أخرى، وأسفر التفتيش عن تحرير 194 محضراً، وإعطاء مهلة قانونية لـ 259 منشأة أخري لإزالة المخالفات والتي تم إنذارها بها، وعمل 5 ندوات توعية استفاد منها 177 عاملا.
كما تلقت المديرية 45 شكوى عمالية، تم تسوية 2 منها ودياً، وإحالة 18 شكوى منها إلى القضاء، وحفظ 6 شكاوي، و19 شكوى أخرى مازالت تحت البحث والدراسة، فضلا عن متابعة الإجراءات الاحترازية والتعقيم والتطهير وموقف العمالة نحو 234 منشأة، ومتابعة الحالة الصحية للعاملين داخل تلك المنشآت للتأكد من عدم إصابة أي فرد من خلال مكاتب السلامة والصحة المهنية والتفتيش العمالى التابعة للمديرية.
