أشادّت الدكتورة إيمان كريم، المشرف العام على المجلس القومي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بالنتائج الإيجابية التي حققها تدريب الدفعة الأولى من برنامج «المذيع الصغير»، مؤكدة أن البرنامج يمثل خطوة مهمة في دعم وتمكين الأطفال من ذوي الإعاقة إعلاميًا.
وأوضحت أن البرنامج يأتي ضمن فعاليات المبادرة القومية «أسرتي قوتي» التي ترعاها السيدة انتصار السيسي، قرينة رئيس الجمهورية، مشيرة إلى أن هذه المبادرة تستهدف تعزيز دور الأسرة في تنمية قدرات أبنائها ودمجهم في المجتمع بشكل فعال.
جاء ذلك خلال متابعة «كريم» لفقرة إعلامية قدمها الأطفال المشاركون حول التغيرات المناخية، ضمن التعاون بين المجلس القومي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وأكاديمية Mass Media School، حيث عكست الفقرة مستوى متميزًا من التدريب والتأهيل.
وأكدت أن البرنامج ساهم بشكل كبير في تنمية المهارات الإعلامية للأطفال من ذوي الإعاقة، وإكسابهم خبرات عملية تتناسب مع أعمارهم، بما يؤهلهم للمنافسة مستقبلًا في سوق العمل الإعلامي.
وأضافت أن التدريب لم يقتصر على الجوانب الفنية فقط، بل شمل أيضًا رفع وعي الأطفال بالقضايا المجتمعية المعاصرة، وتعزيز قدرتهم على استخدام المصطلحات الإعلامية بشكل احترافي.
وأشارت إلى استمرار التعاون مع الأكاديمية لتدريب المزيد من الأطفال من ذوي الإعاقة، بهدف إعداد كوادر إعلامية جديدة قادرة على الاندماج في سوق العمل، بما يحقق مبادئ العدالة الاجتماعية وتكافؤ الفرص.
