وزارة التضامن تكشف عدد بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة
وقال مندوب وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي إنه تم استخراج مليون و41 ألف بطاقة خدمات متكاملة لذوي الإعاقة، وبينما عدد الطلبات المرفوضة بلغ 541 ألفا.
وأشار إلي أن الوزارة عملت تيسيرات كثيرة لدعم ذوى الإعاقة منها إعفاء الشخص صاحب الإعاقة الشديدة وبالغة الشدة المتقدم للحصول على بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة من إجراء الكشف الطبي المُميكن لدى وزارة الصحة والسكان، وتكتفي الوزارة بتقديمه لتقرير طبي من أي مستشفي”.
ولفت إلي أن الوزارة أعلنت تخصيص خط ساخن لاستقبال شكاوى المواطنين حول بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة، وفي حالة ما إذا كانت مشكلة طبية فيمكن إحالتها إلى وزارة الصحة، ويمكن التنسيق مع «التضامن»، أما إذا كانت المشكلة خاصة ببطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة، يمكن تحويل المشكلة لشركة توزيع البطاقات، وذلك في إطار التسهيلات والخدمات التي تقدمها وزارة التضامن، للمواطنين، من أصحاب القدرات الخاصة.
