تناول الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي أزمة زيادة ديون الدولة المصرية إذ كشفت بيانات رسمية حديثة عن ارتفاع صافي الدين الخارجي لمصر بقيمة 8.1 مليار دولار خلال الربع الأخير من العام 2021.
وقال الرئيس السيسي«حجم الدين زاد، يقلك كده، طيب أنت ليه مش عاوز تدفع تكلفة اللي عملته في 2011 و 2013، وهسيب الدكتور معيط يرد على النقطة دي، اللي أنت عملته ده مش كان له تأثير مدمر على اقتصادك، لامؤاخذه مش لما جينا نحسب الرقم ده لقيناه 450 مليار دولار، خسرنا المبلغ ده في ثلاث أو أربع سنوات، كل ده على حساب مستقبل مصر، أنا بقولكم عشان تبقوا في الصورة، طالما عملنا إجراء كلنا مع بعض نستحمله، مش هنرجع البيت وحلوا أنتوا لأ إحنا بنحل المسألة مع بعضنا، بقولها لكل المصريين هنخلص الموضوع مع بعض»
وأوضحت بيانات البنك المركزي المصري، أن إجمالي الدين الخارجي لمصر ارتفع إلى 145.5 مليار دولار في نهاية ديسمبر من مستوى 137.4 مليار دولار بنهاية سبتمبر الماضي، بنسبة زيادة بلغت نحو 5.8%.
وأظهرت البيانات أن الدين الخارجي كان يعادل 33.2% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في نهاية ديسمبر الماضي، ارتفاعاً من 32.6% في نهاية سبتمبر الماضي.
السيسي: طالما عملنا إجراء كلنا مع بعض نستحمله
أعرب الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي عن إندهاشة من الجدل المثار حول أموال المعاشات، قائلًا إن هناك دولًا تسأل حول إمكانية تطبيق الزيادات لأصحاب المعاشات، وفي حال عدم توفر الإمكانية المادية تلغي فكرة الزيادة رغم ازمة التضخم العالمية.
وأضاف الرئيس السيسي، خلال كلمته اليوم، «بستغرب لما حد يقلك دول خدوا الفلوس تاني، الدولة لديها التزام أخلاقي، وديني، وأدبي للمحافظة على أموال المعاشات، حتى لو كان الرقم اللي بنكلم فيه حوالي 170 أو 180 مليار حتى عام 2052 إحنا مستمرين وأنهينا المسألة»
وتابع «أنا مش زعلان من دي لأن محد بيجيب من جيبه ده جيب مصر، لكن تناول المسألة وحد يقول الدولة لازم تخلي بالها من أصحاب المعاشات، تاني، أنا مخدتش الفلوس، دي واقعة اتعملت وكان لها أثرها، واللي خد القرار وقتها كان له حسبه، لكن متنسوش إن حصلت تغييرات سياسية كبيرة خلال الـ 12 سنة اللي فاتوا»
واستكمل الرئيس السيسي، « قلت قبل كده، كل إجراء في البناء تاخدوا حقه، وكل إجراء في الهدم تدفعوا ثمنه، هي في الأخر حصالة بلد، ولازم نبص حوالينا ونعرف اللي بلد اللي بتروح يمكن مترجعش، وحجم الجهد المبذوب خلال السنيت ثلاثة اللي فاتوا والجايين، هيضاعف والتشكيك هيبقى أكتر، أقولكم ليه نتصالح، نتصالح مع مين يا دكتور معيط، ناخد مساحة ونتحرك ومنعملش كده، طول ما أنت موجود مفيش فائدة فيك، إنما طول ما أنت موجود، هنشكك بقى، ربنا اللي بقعد وربنا اللي بيمشي»
