قال خليل محمد، مدير عام الإدارة العامة لتسجيل وتوجيه الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بوزارة التضامن، إن الوزارة تصدر بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة لذوي الإعاقة بالتنسيق مع وزارة الصحة، منذ 2019.
المرحلة الثالثة لإصدار بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة للإعاقات البسيطة
وأضاف «خليل» في مداخلة هاتفية مع الإعلامي رامي رضوان في برنامج «مساء دي إم سي» المعروض على قناة «دي إم سي»، أنه تم البدء في منظومة بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة اعتبارًا من 2020، إذ كان المستهدف الإعاقات الشديدة والإعاقات بالغة الشدة، وفي أكتوبر 2021، تم استهداف الإعاقات المتوسطة، على أن تفتح لمرحلة الثالثة للإعاقات البسيطة.
وأشار إلى أنه تم إصدار 1.1 مليون بطاقة خدمات متكاملة حتى الآن، لافتة إلى أنه تم توزيعها على المستحقين من ذوي الهمم.
وكشف «خليل» أن إجراءات الحصول على البطاقة تبدأ بالتسجيل على موقع وزارة الصحة، لحجز موعد للكشف الطبي، وذلك لتحديد درجة الإعاقة ومن ثم الذهاب بالفحوص الطبية إلى اللجان الطبية المفتوحة لدى وزارة الصحة.
وبين أنه يتم إجراء تقييم وظائفي على المتقدم من ذوي الهمم للحصول على كارت الخدمات المتكاملة.
